User Account Registration and Login Procedure

To use the services on the conference website, you need to create a user account.
Please follow the steps below to create an account and log in.


1. Access the Conference Website

  1. Access the conference website using your browser.
    (https://▲▲▲▲.award-con.com/congress/10 ※▲: each conference domain)

  2. You will see a message prompting you to register.
    Click the [Login / Sign Up] button in the top right corner.


2. Log in or Create an AWARD Account


  • If you already have an AWARD account:
    Enter your email address and password to log in.

  • If you are new (do not have an account):
    Click [新規登録(sign-up)] and enter the following information:

⚠ If you encounter an error with your email address or password,
please try a different email address or contact the secretariat.


3. Verify Your Email Address

  1. After registration, the Email Verification screen will appear.

  2. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

  3. Click the [Verify Email Address] link in the email.

  4. A [Approve] button will appear in your browser. Click it.

  5. Your AWARD account registration and login will now be completed.


4. Conference User Registration

Creating an AWARD account alone does not complete your conference registration.
Please proceed to register your conference information.

  1. Open the [User Registration] page on the conference website.

  2. Enter the following required information:

After Registration

Once registration is complete, all features will be available.
